The automatic production line for internal insulation material is the largest of its kind in China, boasting an annual capacity of 300 tons. This production line is characterized by a high level of automation, robust continuous production capability, and a dust-free environment. The automation encompasses the entire production process, including raw material weighing, mixing, plasticizing, and flake production. A central control system monitors the entire process in real time, ensuring product quality traceability and enhancing the quality consistency of internal insulation products.

Automatic External Thermal Protection Molding Production Line
The facility is outfitted with over ten rotary spraying cars, enabling continuous production. It is capable of automatically forming workpieces with diameters ranging from 300 to 1500 mm and lengths from 500 to 8500 mm. With an annual production capacity exceeding 300 sets, this production line incorporates a fresh air conditioning system to ensure that the production process adheres to national industrial emission standards. This stringent control of the production environment guarantees the quality of the products.

Thermal Protection Intelligent Molding Production Line
The intelligent molding production line for thermal protection layers is capable of shaping a variety of uniquely structured workpieces and cabin sections, such as nozzles and fairing thermal layers. The line features equipment that can automatically measure and adjust to the required gradient thickness changes. Thickness adjustments are managed through programmed settings, with parameters being automatically recorded and stored, ensuring precise and controllable thickness levels. This equipment enhances production speed, boosts accuracy, reduces the production cycle, and significantly increases production capacity. Additionally, the company is well-equipped with an array of R&D and production tools, including various electric constant temperature blast drying ovens, plate curing machines, slicing machines, cranes, forklifts, and other essential equipment.
The arc wind tunnel testing system leverages advanced plasma arc technology to establish a high-enthalpy, medium-to-high heat flux, long-duration testing environment. It is primarily utilized for the evaluation of thermal protection materials and the analysis of thermal protection systems in aerospace vehicles, benefiting research entities focused on aerospace vehicles and the development of thermal protection materials. This system has been instrumental in the selection and quality assessment of thermal protection materials for various domestic aerospace models.
Our company is outfitted with an extensive array of testing equipment, encompassing both standard testing instruments and specialized aerospace testing tools, to provide a comprehensive evaluation and characterization of our products. Our standard testing suite includes electronic tensile testing machines, rotorless rheometers, durometers, densitometers, and digital rotary viscometers. In contrast, our specialized equipment features the arc wind tunnel system and oxyacetylene ablation instruments. Currently, our testing capabilities encompass assessments of ablation performance, insulation characteristics, mechanical properties, adhesive strength, density, hardness, viscosity, and vulcanization attributes.
